Possible language focus and vocabulary
Because students learn new language most effectively within purposeful contexts, these curriculum guidelines do not provide suggestions for language structures and vocabulary. Students’ knowledge of language structures and vocabulary will develop as they discover the need for new language knowledge in new situations. There is also support on TKI, which provides examples of sentence structures and other information.
